Puzzled Parents was founded in April 2007 by Amy & a group of parents with special needs children living in East County, San Diego.  This group of five parents had one common goal – to find resources & services for their children & support for themselves.

The children that this group supports have all kinds of special needs & disabilities.

Our President and some members are military so we also have resources & information for our local military families.
